Who you are:

As a Financial Crimes Analyst I with Frost, you are our data master, you will conduct thorough research and ensure that informed decisions are made within the team. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Continuously meet all regulatory requirements by ensuring all work is completed in a timely and accurate manor
• Collaborate with other lines of business to resolve any outstanding issues that are identified
• Escalate all complex or abnormal scenarios to the appropriate analyst to ensure that all issues at the bank are addressed
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Associate’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to utilize multiple systems and information to meet completion deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
