The Project Manager’s primary role is to project manage all educational assets including the education calendar. The secondary role for this position is to maintain the upkeep of all digital assets and understand, analyze, and report the KPIs on a quarterly basis to all global teams. This role will drive dynamic education, implementation, and KPIS through calendarization, execution of strategy and in charge of analysis of all data for Motivate Cloud, @benebabeuniversity social platforms, videos and all other assets as needed. The Project Manager will drive in-store engagement through the creation of in-store tools and full learning journeys through @benebabeuniversity’s many digital platforms. .

What You’ll Do:

• Project manage all Global education programming to be leveraged across the globe and working collaboratively with the regions from around the world to drive positive business growth
• Technical manager of all digital assets for our internal educational platform @benebabeuniversity
• Update and refresh prior education for Benefit hero/core products to continually enhance the customer experience and service expert knowledge.
• Collaborate with Services and Product Manager to integrate both equally into the overall customer experience cycle
• Stay ahead of trends in beauty and digital learning and communicate to other departments as needed
• Produce department Develop content based on submissions from global teams internally and externally
• Maintain Motivate Cloud Learning Management Platform

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• 2-3 years education technology experience ideal
• Knowledge of training development practices
• Knowledge of beauty industry a plus
• Video recording and editing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)

Schedule:

• Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly

The target salary range for this position is $71,000-$100,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
