THE ROLE:
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who is curious, efficient at problem solving and finds creative solutions to help guide, structure and organize a rapidly growing team and company in health, wellness and culture. This role is integral in making the in-house creative teams work efficiently and effectively. As a Project Manager for the Growth Creative team, you will handle critical responsibilities, including managing schedules, budgets, and implementing processes. Your primary task will be to streamline efficiency for our Growth Creative tasks. Your influence will help create a harmonious environment where creativity and innovation can flourish. Your strategic insights, organizational skills, and management acumen will play a pivotal role in our ongoing growth and success.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
- Assist the Growth Creative and Channel teams in successfully delivering creative assets for growth channels
- Guarantee smooth brief intake and feedback for all growth creative project streams, including video production
- Collaborate with Growth Channel leads and cross-functional teams to streamline workflow across projects, thereby enhancing the overall process
- Initiate processes and support project workflows, both within Asana and externally
- Conduct weekly progress meetings, allocating new assignments and reviewing ongoing ones
- Supervise project timelines, manage daily outputs, and communicate project updates
- Liaise with cross-functional partners to ensure that the Growth Creative team has the most current and relevant information for successful project completion
- Confirm prompt delivery of work with all essential details to the Growth Creative team
- Manage assets by ensuring that all Growth Creative team files, documents, and resources are appropriately stored and updated in the DAM and Digital Headquarters
- Aid managing growth creative resourcing both internally and externally, handling of external invoices, and integrating new team members to the process
- Identify chances for ongoing process enhancement, sharing recommendations to the senior management team
WHAT WEâRE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years experience of project management preferably for a customer focused marketing team
- Demonstrated knowledge of the creative process and understanding of what teams require to deliver best in class work
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives and meet expected deadlines for consumer-driven initiatives
- A strategic thinker with the ability to envision the end goal and work backwards, formulating a clear plan to bring our ideas into reality
- Prior experience working cross-functionally and effectively communicating results to a wide array of stakeholders
- A process-oriented mindset: Capable of identifying team requirements and developing efficient workflows from scratch
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of managing multiple work streams simultaneously
- Experience using Asana or a similar project management tool
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills

AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidateâs level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
