Your Role
We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage a facility expansion project from conceptual design through GMP readiness. We are seeking excellent leadership and communication skills, technical expertise in GMP facilities with cleanrooms, utilities, and equipment, and strong project management acumen to deliver sucessful project deliveriables and effectivley drive project completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Motivate team members to achieve project milestones and maintain high-quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, resolving technical issues and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Proactively address challenges that may impact timelines, budgets, or quality.
- Identify areas for process improvement within project management practices and drive the implementation of best practices.
- Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize project progress and achieve cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant GMP regulations, industry standards, and internal quality policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Provide clear direction and guidance to cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
