The Team

Our team are on a mission to build the best Digital Adoption Platform on the market, and as a result make software work better for everyone. With offices in Manchester and Bratislava, our Professional Services team is made up of a diverse mix of highly skilled professionals covering Implementation and Project Management.


As Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Professional Services and Senior Project Manager to contribute to the effective administration and management of tasks associated with projects and project tracking.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll:

  • Manage and administrate multiple concurrent Adopt implementation projects
  • Manage project schedules, milestone tracking, ensuring customer projects are managed to agreed project target dates
  • Assist and lead on client project meetings
  • Assist with the management of Implementation team diaries
  • Play a key role in monthly project reporting, driving revenue recognition and utilisation
  • Effectively manage technical and non-technical project issues to resolution
  • Escalate risks and issues internally to management and externally to the customer project management team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the implementation process
  • Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of products and services
  • Maintain project documentation for live projects (project logs, plans, internal and client reports, presentations)
  • Coordinate project work in-line with planned work and issues/actions arising from project review meetings
  • Create and present regular project highlight reports to the Senior Project Manager
  • Communicate project plans and timelines to the Implementation team
  • Provide input into process and methodology improvement (from observation and feedback from client projects)

  • Interpersonal Skills: Has awareness of the way one comes across to others
  • Attention to detail: Should be quick to spot errors and inconsistencies. Takes great care with tasks, values accuracy and follows procedures.
  • Team Orientation: Should be receptive, tolerant, and willing to share
  • Experience: Have experience of working in a technology based Professional Services environment – SaaS experience an advantage
