Project Manager - Sales (IT/ Tech)

Doit Security was established in 2021 to provide technical consultancy, assisting customers to do business while providing a more delightful experience for enterprise users. Role Description

We are looking to hire an energetic, highly creative, can-do individual, who can Manager the Sales Projects and processes, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.


This is a Part-Time, 100% remote contract role, with potential for a full-time role in the future.


Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives in Cyber security/Tech implementation/ M&A Projects.
  • Oversee pre- and post-merger financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration and coordinate research and analysis activities to assess risk and impact.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with other departments within a company, such as marketing or finance, to ensure that all relevant parties have been informed of the project’s status
  • Developing proposals that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs
  • Reporting on project status to upper management and keeping them informed about any delays or issues with the project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A implementation or technology implementation and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
