Your Role
As the Project Manager, you will support the overall Travel and Meetings team with both internal and external experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager who can take on challenges with professionalism and rigor: a natural collaborator who can work with a diverse team of thinkers and doers. The Project Manager would need to structure complex information and have a positive attitude. This role reports to the Global Meetings and Events Director and is an administrative role within the Travel and Meetings team.
What You Will Do
  • Support the Global Meetings and Events Director in the administrative and project management of annual events.
  • Collaborate successfully with both our internal clients and colleagues through verbal and written communication.
  • Detail-focused professional who thrives in meticulously handling the various aspects of reporting, events management, data analysis, and communications.
  • Leverage advanced excel skills to manage budgets, travel, data, rooming lists, and dashboards.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to project plans for small- and large-scale events by partnering with internal clients.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the CVENT event registration platform for our internal and external events.
  • Oversee the management of rooming lists and support travel and logistics managers when needed.
  • Create and manage post-event surveys, meeting notes, and calendars.
  • Contribute to the creation of staffing plans for each team project.
  • Perform bill reconciliation post-event.
  • Develop reporting systems that streamline and enhance work processes.
  • Travel to meetings to ensure seamless onsite event execution (30-40% travel)
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ equivalent professional experience in meetings and events
  • Intermediate knowledge of CVENT (Certification Preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience working in Adobe InDesign
  • Experience working in Concur
  • Solid knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams
