The Project Manager will lead various digital projects with a strong focus on web/ecommerce enhancements, CRM, and innovation. They will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and plans, serve as a key point person on 3rd party vendor evaluations and contracts, plan and track necessary resources and budget, and guide project teams to deliver quality, on time, and on budget solutions through effective communications, risk management, and day-to-day oversight of projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead E-com & Digital team in scoping & estimating new project efforts; develop, oversee and share out comprehensive project plans.
- Lead key digital innovation & web initiatives (ie. Brow Try On build & evolution, ecommerce re-platform, CRM initiatives) to on time, on budget, successful implementations for our brand, including resource management, milestone tracking, risk assessment and project plan development.
- Lead evaluation of new & existing vendor’s capabilities for projects when applicable. Serve as point person for RFP process when new vendors are required.
- Negotiate SOWs, contracts, and business terms with key vendors, with support from Legal and Purchasing.
- Oversee resource forecasting for innovation and web enhancement projects.
- Identify PM process improvements and assist the team in putting in place processes, tools, and documentation that allow us to scale our operations as our digital footprint grows.
- Communicate status updates, schedules & action items for both quarterly innovation projects and ongoing site releases, to keep the team focused on delivering results and ensure markets and Global Digital stakeholders have visibility into key project activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years previous experience in web/mobile or ecommerce (experience managing multi-lingual, multi-national sites a plus).
- Previous experience managing technical or data-heavy projects or web site releases at a consumer facing or tech company desired
- Proven track record of getting things done and done well as demonstrated by the projects you’ve shepherded to delivery
- Strong intuitive grasp of customers, with the ability to translate into the site experience.
- Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of delivering complex projects with many dependencies and work streams.
- Ability to work independently and drive schedules and dates, as well as a facility for working on highly collaborative projects with a wide range of contributors (designers, project managers, developers, QA, business leaders).
