(Fluent Ukrainian or English) Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2C marketing, who is passionate about enhancing marketing strategies and elevating the company's market positioning. You will be directly responsible for increasing traffic, boosting conversion rates, and achieving revenue targets.

Product: Ukrainian software company with a focus creates simple, user-friendly apps for macOS & Windows applications which make Apple & Windows fans' lives easier.

Team: Cozy team of passionate and ambitious professionals, and creative Content Manager who will be mentoring you.

What You Will Do:

  • Enhance revenue by improving performance in SEO, email marketing, and direct channels;
  • Develop and implement tailored campaigns that increase customer engagement and boost sales;
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize email open rates, landing page conversions, and customer retention;
  • Mentor and guide a team of four (designer, web developer, and two marketing specialists), setting goals and tracking progress to ensure high-quality outcomes;
  • Research and explore innovative ways to attract customers through partnerships, affiliate programs, or new content formats;
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, retention) and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Analyse data and customer feedback to understand purchase drivers and apply these insights to refine marketing strategies;
  • Work closely with product and support teams to align messaging and create a seamless customer experience.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing with a proven track record of driving revenue growth;
  • Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian or/and English (C1-C2);
  • Strong expertise in SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization;
  • Confident in analysing metrics and tracking performance to make data-driven decisions;
  • Experience managing small teams or collaborating closely with cross-functional teams;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies for customer attraction and retention;
  • Understanding of how to tailor messaging and campaigns to effectively meet customer needs;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms;
  • Strong communication skills for clearly explaining ideas and presenting results.
