Rebolt - Business Development Representative

A fast-growing, tech-forward company that provides an all-in-one marketing platform specifically designed for home service professionals—think contractors, landscapers, HVAC techs, plumbers, and more. This organization helps small businesses establish an online presence, automate their outreach, improve their reputation, and ultimately grow. They're now looking to scale outbound sales and bring on a dedicated Business Development Representative to help them connect with their target audience and book qualified sales meetings.

As a BDR, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound outreach to prospective home service businesses and schedule high-quality appointments for the closing team. You’ll be engaging middle America—blue-collar professionals—and must be confident, conversationally fluent in English, and quick on your feet. This is a pure outbound prospecting role, where your success will be measured by your ability to connect, pitch, and set up discovery calls that show up.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads in the home services industry

  • Build rapport with tradesmen and small business owners across the U.S.

  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the sales team, making sure these prospects show up to the booked calls

  • Follow up with no-shows and reschedule as needed to maintain pipeline momentum

  • Update and maintain records in the company's CRM

Must-Haves:

  • 1–2+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience

  • Near-native fluency in spoken and written English

  • High comfort level speaking to tradesmen, contractors, and small business owners

  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and hold smart conversations

  • Experience working with CRMs and dialing tools

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to book meetings that show

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience calling into the home services or blue-collar SMB space

  • Background in SaaS, marketing services, or platforms selling to local businesses

  • Familiarity with lead sourcing tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clay
