Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. In this role, you will be provided with warm inbound leads, primarily from conferences and shows, and your focus will be to convert these leads into booked meetings. You will be responsible for handling initial outreach via calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn messaging, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects. Role Overview:
The SDR will be responsible for converting provided inbound leads into scheduled meetings through strategic outreach and follow-up. You will be expected to consistently engage prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging, while efficiently tracking your progress in HubSpot CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Take provided lead lists and convert them into meetings by effectively engaging with prospects.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct calls, send email follow-ups, and engage via LinkedIn messaging to connect with potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline by tracking and following up on leads through HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed goals, with a target of booking 20 meetings per week.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in sales development, outbound sales, or a similar role.
Fluent English: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems for lead tracking and data management.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with prospects and convert them into meetings.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated by targets and driven to consistently achieve and exceed goals.

Consistent Meeting Bookings: Book 20 meetings per week by converting inbound leads into scheduled appointments.
