The Role:
As the Internal Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in fulfilling Prompt's data needs, supporting major initiatives, and enhancing decision-making processes at all levels. Collaborating closely with department heads and senior leadership, you will generate insights that empower teams and drive operational success. Your expertise in data management will enable you to aggregate, sanitize, and enrich data, ensuring our teams have access to the accurate information they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Aggregation: Procure and aggregate data for recurring reports to support ongoing projects.

• Reporting Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency.

• Data Enrichment: Enrich prospect, customer, and partner data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Data Sanitization: Sanitize and map raw data across systems for effective use.

• Process Support: Assist in maintaining operations-led processes and workflows, ensuring smooth operations.

• Report Troubleshooting: Collaborate with department leads to troubleshoot and refine reporting efforts.

• Data Lake Collaboration: Work with leadership to build and maintain an internal data lake that supports strategic initiatives.

• Bottleneck Resolution: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data capture processes in partnership with Operations leaders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM or Business field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience with SQL or similar databasing languages.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and project management software (Asana, Trello, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly.

  • Comfortable working autonomously and asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Programming or database experience (1-3 years).

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or SQL is ideal.

• Experience in project management or understanding of statistical analysis methods.

• 3+ years working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
