Job Title: Data Analyst 1Our client is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the organization’s commitment to data-driven decision making and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate effectively with business partners to refine and enhance the tools and processes within the organization, with a particular focus on the apparel sector.• Undertake data extraction, cleansing, and analysis tasks, and document the functionality of both new and existing tools.• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization, establish best practices, and drive change in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.• Prepare and present new reports and data visualizations, cleanse data, and provide insightful data recommendations.• Maintain and manage Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.• Conduct user acceptance testing and demonstrate knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance operational efficiency.Required Skills And Qualifications• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or an additional 2 years of relevant professional experience.• Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to enhance productivity.• The ability to adapt effectively in an ambiguous environment and manage time effectively.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.• Experience with data mining and analysis tools like Alteryx.About SSi PeopleWith over 25 years of industry experience, SSi People has built its reputation and expertise on putting people first.
