- Own and enhance ad placement and merchandising strategy.
- Develop campaign strategy in coordination with Marketing.
- Manage ad inventory across various channels.
- Develop Offers and Rewards strategy.
- Build scalable GTM process around placements and campaigns.
- Drive experimentation and leverage data-driven insights.
- Identify and scale new growth and monetization features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Lead the Growth and Merchandising team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced degree preferred
