  • Ensure full compliance with SOW Property Book Management requirements.
  • Use company provided property accountability application (electronic tool) to ensure the adequate property record keeping and accountability of all Government Furnished Equipment/Property from original acquisition data through final disposition via salvage or consumption.
  • Maintain property records at 100% accuracy level. Maintain and update manual and computerized property inventory records and assist with the monitoring and control of equipment.
  • Perform physical inventory of property and equipment and update accountability records as needed to include annual hand receipts and location/custodial transfers; conduct 25% inventory of property every quarter for a 100% inventory of property each contract year.
  • Develop and implement record keeping processes to include the implementation and maintenance of hand receipts for each site.
  • Provide recurrent training to Site Leads or designated representative on all aspects of property control.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual property inventory reports as required by the Contracting Officer.
  • Prepare investigation reports for incidents of Lost, Damaged, Destroyed and Theft of USG and/or Acuity property.
  • Monitoring and control of equipment to include service maintenance schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Knowledge/experience of managing USG Property under provisions of FAR 52.245-1.
  • A minimum of a high school education, Associates Degree is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable
  • Three or more years of progressive property book experience is preferred
  • Experience managing logistics support for diverse projects.
  • Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong team-building and team-member skills.
