Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, has an exciting new opportunity as our Property Support Analyst, in the Franchisee Care department. Franchisee Care is the team that supports all Choice hotels across both Property Support and Franchisee Care scope of work. As a key member of our Franchisee Care team, you will be an integral part of supporting, researching and resolving matters related to the Franchisee Care team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serves as first point of escalation for researching and troubleshooting general and complex hotel/distribution issues
  • Work directly with cross functional teams and Choice Leaders to solve problems within Service Level Agreements
  • Create and monitor various service and performance analytics to identify trends, opportunities and process and procedure improvements
  • Identify, organize and lead special projects/initiatives related to operations capabilities and key corporate initiatives
  • Supports the day-to-day activities that support and deliver expected results for our valued franchisees
  • Work with leaders to improve work intake, production, tracking and reporting capabilities that drive results
  • Documents and communicates project, program, technical content and compliance changes and issues.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service/Customer Facing capacity is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of hospitality central management systems and/or experience with the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in use of trouble ticket applications, such as Remedy or other similar customer reporting and database tools
  • Demonstrates key competencies to include:
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Solid organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
Your Team
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Supervisor(s) / Manager(s) Franchisee Care Property Support. You may have 1 or more peer teammates, and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
Your Work Location
As our Property Support Analyst, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art technology hub in Scottsdale, AZ. In October 2021, Choice opened a newly constructed world class technology center.
Right now, our associates in Scottsdale, AZ are working in a hybrid environment, up to 4 days per week in the office and virtual from your home office the remaining days. We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.
