The Proposal Management Production Specialist is responsible for coordination of all proposal response documents and related deliverables.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for overall proposal document management
Coordinates the logistics of creating response documents
Develops tools and templates that can be leveraged for a variety of responses
Prepares and builds final response materials for submission, ensuring formatting is consistent and aligns with brand standards and is in compliance with RFP requirements
Responsible for document management using SharePoint
Coordinates work with third party print and shipping vendors
Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
Associates degree in Communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
A minimum of three (3) years of experience related to the duties of this position is required
Experience working in a proposal shop is strongly preferred

Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word), SharePoint and FTP file transfer
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
Quick-thinking and flexible to changing priorities

Licensure and Certification:
APMP preferred

Working Conditions:
Remote position with 25% expected travel
Ability to vary working schedule and hours to meet deadlines, including weekends and evenings as needed
General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range:
$66,700.00 - $106,700.00
