We have an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Manager to join our marketing team being based out of any of our California offices, with flexible remote & hybrid options!
The role of the Proposal Manager is to drive the application of our sales work process on selective pursuits of new business for the Company. This includes:

Drive the development of qualifications, proposals, and other sales submittal documents.

Collaborate with business developers and project personnel to develop distinctive value propositions that enhance our competitive position.

Leverage global network to identify and put forward the company’s unique capabilities and resources.

Liaise with corporate marketing team to leverage material for local use and provide insight from regional activities for corporate exposure.

Ensure that all sales documents comply with our corporate identity program and client confidentiality requirements.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Specific job activities include (but are not limited to):

Work with delivery team to create and manage consolidated, high impact, competitive bid proposals. (50%)

Develop and maintain qualification materials including project descriptions, experience matrices/overviews, safety and quality statistics, capability statements, etc. (30%)

Create, track, and update as needed the CRM pipeline of opportunities, wins/losses and contact information. (20%)

Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range will vary based on experience, between $80,000 - $110,000
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a marketing or sales role driving qualifications, proposal packages, and presentation preparation.

Proven experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator Tasks.

Knowledge of Database Concepts.

Experience working in the A/E/C industry and active involvement in professional development associations, such as SMPS is considered a plus.
Context, Environment, & Safety
Must adhere to office safety guidelines and follow corporate quality work processes. Travel is minimal, but there might be a need to support regional offices on bid opportunities when necessary. May attend meetings on and off site and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes.
