Role Description

We are looking for a Proposals Lead to join our Global Cable Access Services. You will report to Vice President, Global Services.

Location

Remote - anywhere in US.

What you will be doing:

Services Proposal Lead will be responsible for the following:

• Generate Services Quotes and Scopes (Memorandum of Understanding)
• Improve proposals accuracy and On-time services quotes delivery.
• Provides a single point of contact to Key Account directors and Services Business Units for services opportunities in the NA region, focusing in NAC.
• Interact directly with customers in coordination with Sales Account Manager in order to improve accuracy of quotes.
• Support Regional Services leads as needed.

What you should have:

Required knowledge and skills:

• At least 3 Years of relevant experience in similar or related positions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Project Management experience focused on Proposal Preparation
• Technical understanding of integrated project delivery in the following areas: IPTV, DOCSIS, VOD/SDV, Transport Networks and Wireless networks. CableOS knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of Sales and Pre-Sales processes.
• Management of Performance Metrics related to network build out
• Great communicator and customer facing relationship skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Project, timesheets or any other project management tool and project metric tracking.

You are required to travel about 50%

Pay & Benefits

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $85,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
