ST | 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt Contract Contingent Basis located Tallahassee - Florida 32303 Across The Southeastern Region supporting City of Tallahassee focused on environmental services

Seeking Water Resource Engineer candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as TLH.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Environmental Continuing Services (Water Resource Engineer ) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as City of Tallahassee  (TLH) | Department of Environmental Services & Facilities Management Generally Located In Tallahassee - Florida 32303 and across the Southeastern Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Water Resource Engineer  | Environmental Consulting and Management Services [TLH045050]

  • Design and implement solutions for stormwater and wastewater systems.
  • Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analysis using software tools.
  • Perform aquatic habitat assessments and surface/groundwater modeling.
  • Support compliance with water quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in hydrological modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM).
  • Knowledge of the Clean Water Act

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; 5–7 years of water resources experience.
  • PE license preferred; advanced knowledge of stormwater design software and regulatory processes.
