About The Team 

Our Sales team is the driving force behind Protex AI's global growth and success. As we expand our presence with a new US hub, we're looking for exceptional leaders who can build and nurture high-performing teams while maintaining our commitment to excellence. We believe in fostering an environment where creativity, entrepreneurship, and customer obsession converge to create exceptional partnerships with our clients.

About the Role 

As our Global Head of Sales, you'll be a key architect in building our US presence and shaping the future of our Sales organization. This role goes beyond traditional sales leadership – we're looking for someone who can inspire, innovate, and help write the next chapter of our growth story.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to Enterprise Account Executives while driving quota performance

  • Coach and empower your team to excel at strategic deal qualification, clear expectation setting, and cross-functional teamwork to exceed customer goals

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure we're always delivering maximum value to our clients

  • Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to uncover new opportunities

  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports for the Leadership team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements

  • Oversee budgets related to account management and sales initiatives

What you’ll bring: 

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Sales, with 2+ years managing Enterprise Account Executives

  • A builder's mindset – we're looking for someone who's excited to create something special, not just maintain the status quo

  • Natural leadership abilities that inspire teams to exceed their own expectations

  • An obsession with customer success and a track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

  • Clear, concise communication skills and collaborative, rapport-building interpersonal skills 

  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture

  • Familiarity with technology and curiosity to learn about new AI products
