What is your favorite part about your team?TranscriptThe favorite part of my team would be the collaboration, the ability to just jump in and help each other out, no matter what happens. Someone shows up and needs a report, everyone pushes together to figure it out. I work within the quality team where we have quality, risk, regulatory, infection control, and patient experience along with medical staff all under one umbrella. And something will come up, like a survey. Someone needs something from us, and we just buckle down pull from each other and make things happen. And that really inspires me and motivates me to keep going. We put on the caregiver events here at the hospital, and every single team member here will stand behind me, as you know, we pull off some amazing events for our teams here and support our caregivers, and it's truly inspiring.PausePlay% buffered00:0000:00UnmuteMuteSettingsCaptionsDisabled Transcript DisabledCaptionsGo back to previous menuDisabledEnglishENEspañolESDeutscheDE中文ZHFrançaisFRExit fullscreenEnter fullscreenVideo length: 56 seconds0:56The favorite part of my team would be the collaboration, the ability to just …AprilDirector of Patient ExperienceDescriptionProvidence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
