As human resources, that's one of the key things. We want to know the caregivers whom we're working with. We want to care for them. We want to have their best interests at heart, easing their way. How can I make their day easier? They already have a jam-packed day with patient care and I want to ease their way as much as possible. So it impacts my work on a daily basis, this promise that we have, "know me, care for me, ease my way." As a primary point of patient contact will be responsible for positive patient relations.
