PT Sales Associate

DKNY is looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Leesburg, VA store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to meet and exceed sales goals. You will be expected to meet and exceed store sales goals, maintain a clean and inviting environment, and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals by the end of the day

• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
• Understand and support customer needs
• Meet the needs of the business by merchandising, food preparation, and inventory control
• Use your sales skills to drive volume and volume only
• Build your personal book of business by referring friends and business partners
• Maintain an excellent product knowledge and recommend new products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through a high level of quality service
