PTW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the creation, coordination, and delivery of high-quality products from start to finish. This key role supports delivery teams across multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives. You’ll lead global portfolios, improve onboarding, optimize operations, refine processes, and implement best practices—all to benefit our clients. This position requires collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Projects: Manage multiple project initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones within deadlines.
- Establish Best Practices: Develop and implement effective organization, reporting, and delivery processes.
- Communicate Effectively: Convey program-related business, functional, and creative updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead Initiatives: Oversee key projects for delivery operations.
- Coordinate Meetings: Facilitate and manage essential project and program meetings.
- Client Onboarding: Handle onboarding processes and deliverables in collaboration with support teams.
- Support Initiatives: Prepare business cases and documentation for critical projects.
- Problem-Solve: Manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Document Lessons Learned: Ensure findings from completed projects are captured and implemented for future improvements.
- Define Methodologies: Collaborate with other project managers to set best-practice approaches for multi-business projects.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in project management or a similar role in video games or related industries.
- Experience in outsourcing environments is a plus.
Language Skills:
- Excellent English (written and verbal) is essential.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and deliverables across global teams.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Resilience under pressure with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Resourcefulness, proactive problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.
- Project management and PMO experience.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in time zones as required by specific clients or projects.
Nice to Have:
- Comprehensive understanding of the software localization cycle, including translation, LQA, and audio production.
- Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ACP).
