We're seeking an Intern (H/F) with an interest in ad/martech.

In this role, you will support the account management team. The account management team makes a significant impact by ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through proactive management of day-to-day interactions. The account management team acts as the primary escalation point and communication bridge between clients and internal teams, and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, enhancing overall client experience.

By executing strategic plans to set up products and services, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting market expansion.

• Support account manager with existing accounts and act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

• Oversee exceptional service delivery to foster strong, positive relationships that drive 100% client retention and enhance client reference-ability

• Address issues promptly to solidify long-term partnerships and support our sales efforts.

• Support new client acquisitions by developing and presenting value-driven marketing solutions utilizing Epsilon’s data assets across various channels.

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in digital marketing, international business field 
• Interest/ experience in ad/martech
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships
• Autonomous and proactive, with a problem-solving attitude
• Great organizational skill and ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of both ad-tech and/or mar-tech landscapes is a real plus
• Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written

• Position based in Paris, France (Paris 11ème – Bastille)
• Type of contract: 6 months internship
