Media Operations Intern - job 1 of 2

This is what you will have to do: 

• Management of Contacts tool (media investment control tool) that implies:
• Extracting information from the tool in order to do reports and presentations about investment evolution.
• Inserting in the tool new information from the annual media plans.
• Checking that the information in the tool represents the reality.
• Aligning Contacts evolution with international and local requirements.
• Giving training to new members of Zenith’s teams about the tool.

We are looking for interns with:

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Degree in Economics, or Degree in Finance.
• Candidates with a degree in Marketing and Advertising will also be taken into account.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

For participation in this selection process, the completion of an Excel test will be required, which will be sent to the candidate for completion.

Conditions: 

• Duration: 6 months part-time (mornings), extendable for an additional 6 months.
• Hybrid working model: 2 office days and 3 remote days.
• July, august, Christmas and Easter 100% remote. 
• Remuneration: 400 €/gross per month.
• From Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 14:00
• It is necessary to be able to enter into an agreement/annex with a university or business school.
