Job Description

The Sr. Coordinator role supports the PMX Content, Engagement and Learning teams, as well as other related Marketing functions, with the development and administration of content, events, and programs. Working with subject matter experts from within the Groupe, the team creates and distributes resources such as written communications, e-learning courses, live training and events, reporting, and more to support the Publicis Media employee base.

The Sr. Coordinator will assist with program management in our core internal platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), the company's intranet, content management systems, and communication platforms. Duties include drafting, editing, and/or uploading written content; managing reporting; video content creation, editing, captioning, and publishing; and handling administrative tasks associated with live training, e-learning, and other content and communication programs.

You will report to Vice President, Solutions Consulting

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

  • Handle administrative tasks associated with live events and e-learning trainings, including scheduling rooms and presenters, preparing materials, tracking attendance and reporting, coordinating logistics with key vendors, etc.
  • Assist with written and video content development, including copy writing and editing, light design work, video and audio recording and editing, and closed captioning.
  • Maintain regular process documentation, including status reports, team trackers, weekly email updates for various internal teams, and more.
  • Manage key tasks in the Learning Management System platform (Marcel Classes), intranet, and other content management and communication systems, including uploading program materials, setting up program enrollments and managing enrollment rosters, handling user troubleshooting and support, etc.
  • Develop stakeholder surveys to collect feedback from participants across all training programs and content touch points as needed.
  • Support the broader Content, Engagement, and Learning teams with various reporting tasks, including exporting and analyzing monthly and quarterly program reports, overseeing user completion reporting and program stats, and presenting key findings.
  • Participate in, and take detailed notes for, internal & external meetings, including highlights of deliverables, key takeaways, and follow-ups required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Can motivate, evaluate, and provide feedback
  • Interest in digital marketing and advertising technology
  • Experience with AV editing software, such as Camtasia, Articulate, Audacity and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with project management systems, such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Smartsheet is preferred
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems and/or Content Management Systems, such as Adobe Learning Manager or Sitecore,
