We’re looking for a VP of eCommerce to join the sales leadership team at the biggest small brand in beverage. Responsibilities
As the VP of eCommerce, you will orchestrate all aspects of the eCommerce strategy for our brand. This role combines sales, marketing, technology and people management expertise to develop a plan that delivers a superior online brand and shopping experience for consumers.
Your Primary KPI will be to drive margin-accretive revenue across several digital platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart.com and the .com stores of our national retail partners. You will provide thought leadership, drive innovation, and optimize processes. Key initiatives include implementing eCommerce software and identifying new areas of eCommerce opportunities for the brand.
Oversee high-performing product advertising campaigns across retail media networks, Amazon and other emerging online channels
You will partner with brand marketing and sales to ensure key messaging, timing, promotions and other aspects of our sales plan are aligned across all digital properties to maximize ROAS and provide compelling, consistent messaging to our consumers. You will plan and execute the eCommerce strategy that identifies, prioritizes and articulates the highest-impact initiatives. You will create a media plan across the overall digital marketplace that delivers increased conversion rates and overall order size and manages margin performance across a variety of product lines. You will partner with the marketing team to create a toolkit of compelling advertising needed to drive best-in-class omnichannel experience & actively monitor and measure digital retail shelf presence on Amazon, retailer websites and anywhere Spindrift is sold online. You will work cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality assurance (QA) and timely publishing of all campaign content and product information.
Build a collaborative eCommerce team that achieves ambitious goals
You will partner with brand marketing to leverage Spindrift’s purpose and vision to drive site visits as well as transactions. You will build and direct an internal cross-functional team, as well as manage external third parties to effectively develop and execute eCommerce solutions, including execution of an RFP process as needed. This team should have a variety of strengths to fulfill creative, analytical, technical and logistical needs. You will drive collaboration, share data and insights, build an understanding of goals and objectives and foster a culture of fact-based decision-making.
