• Create purchase orders
• Reconcile invoices
• Fulfill order requests
• Develop working knowledge of our products
• Maintain accurate records in various programs

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast pace environment
• Desire to take initiative and ask questions
• Excellent organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• High level of Excel spreadsheet experience
• Fast and accurate with a 10-key calculator
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred, but not necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
