We are looking for an AI Developer with expertise in Prompt Engineering and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in developing and optimizing AI-driven applications, helping us shape the future of content creation through artificial intelligence.

Role Overview

As an AI Developer (Prompt Engineering Specialist), you will be responsible for designing, refining, and implementing AI prompts to enhance the quality of interactions between our platform and users. You will work closely with our product and development teams to ensure that the AI models deliver precise, relevant, and impactful responses. Your primary focus will be on building AI-powered tools for content creation, community engagement, and workflow optimization.

This role requires deep technical expertise in NLP, prompt engineering, and AI model integration. You will also help us refine our AI models by using feedback loops to improve outputs and develop custom models as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering: Create and refine prompts for AI models (such as GPT-3, BERT, etc.) to enhance the quality and relevance of responses generated by the AI.
• NLP Model Development: Design and implement AI models customized for specific applications, including content creation, chatbot interactions, and workflow automation.
• App Integration: Collaborate with the development team to embed AI functionalities within our applications, facilitating smooth interactions between users and the AI.
• Data Handling: Gather and preprocess training data for model fine-tuning, ensuring that the data is optimized for precise outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of AI models, analyzing their outputs and making necessary adjustments to prompts or models.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to provide a cohesive user experience through AI-enhanced features.
• Model Training: Train and update models with real-world data to ensure ongoing enhancement of the accuracy and quality of AI outputs.
• Experimentation and Testing: Perform A/B testing on various prompt formats and model configurations to identify the most effective strategies.

• Strong Expertise in Prompt Engineering: Proven experience in crafting, refining, and optimizing prompts for AI/ML models.
• NLP Experience: Proficiency in NLP techniques, especially using large language models like GPT-3, BERT, or similar frameworks.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with popular AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• AI/ML Experience: Hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models, focusing on NLP.
• API Integration: Experience in building and integrating APIs to connect AI models with applications, preferably with experience in REST or GraphQL.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to iterate on prompt designs and model outputs using feedback, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI/ML deployment and management.
• Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems for collaborative development.
