Customer Success Manager, Enterprise
Pushpay is looking for a Customer Success Manager to foster relationships with Enterprise customers, ensuring they are utilizing the Pushpay platform and achieving success. This role involves retention, renewal, and upselling products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
- Ability to build relationships with enterprise clients
- Problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and business-minded
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Help customers adopt and engage with Pushpay products
- Drive upsell opportunities and product adoption
- Manage high sales activity through calls and emails
- Provide product training and assistance
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
