Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and manage incoming calls.
- Support overall office operations and ensure environments are well maintained.
- Manage office supplies and ensure communal areas are operational.
- Oversee logistical aspects of office administration.
- Provide administrative support to executive staff as needed.
- Maintain on-site support through the Site Operations ticketing system.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
