Skills
Solid understanding of desktop operating systems
Strong understanding of common software applications
Basic knowledge of SaaS tooling and management
Basic understanding of network infrastructure concepts
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users remotely and in-person
Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system
Assist in software installation and configuration
Procure, setup, and deploy hardware devices
Assist in system administration and network support
Create and update technical documentation
Provide onboarding and offboarding support for employees
Ensure security compliance and IT asset management
Collaborate with IT team members
