Job Description

Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high-capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a growing fleet of A320, A319 and F100 aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in resource sector support, regional and interstate passenger transport, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Technical Services Engineer – Avionics, you will provide technical engineering support and advice to the NAA CAMO department. Your duties will include preparing and adjusting aircraft records for which Technical Services is responsible, assessing instructions for Continuing Airworthiness, and conducting investigations and reports on repetitive defects, major defects, and poor reliability trends.

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to provide technical guidance and assistance to queries raised by stakeholders.
  • 4 years aviation experience within the CAMO.
  • Working knowledge of CASR regulation Part 42, 21J and 21M
  • Aircraft maintenance trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of CASA, International and National Airworthiness Authority regulatory requirements.     
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience in managing reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
  • Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations
