Workforce Strategist
QGenda is seeking an experienced Workforce Strategist to optimize the efficiency and productivity of our healthcare workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of workforce management principles.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies aligning with business goals
- Forecast staffing needs based on historical data and trends
- Create and maintain staffing schedules to meet operational requirements
- Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and make necessary adjustments
- Optimize labor costs using workforce management software
- Work with other departments to ensure the right number of employees with the right skills
- Monitor workforce performance and identify areas for improvement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
