As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and optimizing the overall customer journey. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier support to our valued customers.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution

  • Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience journey

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  • Based in Amsterdam

What It Takes:

  • You have enrolled at a Dutch/EU university [OR: Dutch/ EU educational institution] as a 3rd/4th-year student for, an HBO, Bachelors or Master’s degree

  • Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Fluent in English and an additional European language (Dutch, German, Spanish, French or Italian)

  • Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive team culture
