Responsibilities: job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manage and audit QR activity to comply ISO standard with quality indexes
• Setup dashboard and manage for those QR routine tasks with automation tools
• Assist managers in digital transformation to improve productivity and working efficiency
• Arrange and attend cross-division meetings
• Plan division events and report expense
• Support office environment setting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage schedules
• Strong interpersonal relationship building, team skills, and able to interact with people from multi-cultural background at all levels
• Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment yet to maintain attention to details and quality of work
• Fluent in English. Mandarin speaking/writing skill preferred
