Reporting to our Global Delivery Leader within the Professional Services team, the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the Professional Service team to lead QA execution efforts.
This exciting role includes the establishment of test plans and processes, for Jacada software implementations including solution validation/evaluation and documentation, noting defects, bugs, and test procedures; reporting data back to developers; conduct compatibility tests with hardware and software; diagnose issues and provide solutions; design test plans, scenarios, procedures, testing tools; bug resolution efforts; participate in product design reviews and formal and informal quality reviews; provide feedback and recommendation to the developers and technical support during software installation, perform initial debugging and update test scripts; test systems modification prior to full implementation.
