About the Role
Quandri is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive. You will run the complete sales cycle with the biggest and best insurance brokerages and agencies across North America. You will work alongside our VP Sales and CEO to build the Enterprise sales function within Quandri, with the goal of increasing our annual recurring revenue by 5X in 2023.
Our Sales Team is small but mighty, with two Account Executives selling across Canada and the US and a brand new SDR team launched in 2024. If you thrive in complex, enterprise Sales environments, have a history of closing six figure deals and are passionate about making a positive impact for your customers then this could be the right fit for you. While this is an individual contributor role, there is the opportunity to join Quandri at an early stage and be a leader and major catalyst for our significant expansion across the North American market.
Experience
We want to meet people with 5–7 years of Account Executive experience, and a proven track record of selling six figure deals and consistently achieving quota. We hire for aptitude, intelligence and work ethic over experience so if this doesn’t fit you completely don’t let that prevent you from applying. With that being said, having experience as an AE is essential as you’ll be prospecting and closing in this role.
You should have a deep understanding of sales fundamentals and a love of learning across all disciplines. You should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of a company, and understand the value of relationship building throughout the Sales process. Previous sales experience in a venture-backed startup will be valued, as will experience in the insurance industry, specifically in the broker channel.
