What's the Opportunity?

As the People Operations Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work in many areas of the people (human resources) function at Quantum Workplace. You’ll work on employer branding, recruiting, training and development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and internal and external communications. 

This is a summer internship lasting 10 weeks starting in June, located onsite in Omaha, NE.

You can expect to work 30 hours per week, between the hours of 9am - 2pm. Starting wage is $16/hour.

• Write content for the Quantum Workplace website to support our employer brand.
• Support our DEI efforts by researching experts in the DEI space locally and nationally and auditing our materials. 
• Learn full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, phone screens, and scheduling. 
• Learn training and onboarding! You’ll assist with training and onboarding including scheduling, development, content creation, and metrics.
• Help our Office Experience Manager by coordinating meetings, employee appreciation events, and travel as needed.
• Work on various projects to support the Employee Success Team as needed.
• Have fun!
