As an HRIS and HR Analytics Specialist, you will play a role in transforming our HR operations and driving strategic decision through data insights. You will help us creatively develop various HR analytics for the corporation globally as well as for each individual business unit. You will help us continue our forward movement on data management and automation within our HRIS systems.What You Can Expect In This Role (Job Responsibilities)While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:• HRIS Management• Maintain and update data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and security• Participate in configuration and optimization of HR system modules to meet the organization’s changing needs• Troubleshoot and resolve any data or system issues• Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS system functionalities, best practices and significant updates• Participate in projects including system upgrades and implementations• Data Analysis & Reporting• Participate in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Excel• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports• Provide actionable insights by analysing HR data related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, performance, and other HR metrics.• Participate in the presentation of data results to broader HR team• Process Improvement• Identify and propose opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved data management• Collaborate with HR and other teams (IT, Finance, etc…) to implement system enhancements and new technologies• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policiesWhat we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:Required Experience• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS Administration or HR Analytics• Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and DayforcePreferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities• Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices• High level or proficiency in Excel and other data management toolsEducation & Certifications• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or a related field or 5 years of relevant work experienceTravel & Working Environment• This role may require occasional travel• This position will be hybrid with 3 days onsite in the Charlotte officeHow We Live Our CultureOur culture is at the center of what we do and, more importantly, who we are.
