Marketing Virtual Assistant

QuickHire VA pair busy founders and business owners with the very best Virtual Assistants.

We pre-vet all Virtual Assistants who work with us and connect them directly to business owners who are looking for work.

We're specifically looking for Marketing Virtual Assistants. You should apply only if you have hands-on experience supporting businesses with their marketing activities. Whether it's managing social media accounts, conducting market research, creating content calendars or analysing campaign performance, businesses have relied on you to help grow their brand.

As a Marketing VA, you'll have managed multiple social media platforms, crafted engaging content, researched market trends, and supported various marketing campaigns. You understand the importance of brand consistency, audience engagement, and data-driven decisions.

Whether it's scheduling social posts, analysing competitor activities, preparing marketing reports, or maintaining content calendars, you've been instrumental in helping businesses maintain a strong online presence.

Only apply if you have this specific marketing experience. We're not looking for general virtual assistants or those with only customer service backgrounds.

All Virtual Assistants go through a rigorous vetting process to make sure they're the best out there. You must be the best at what you do, can communicate well with clients and deliver work on time, as you promise.

  • Experience as an Marketing Virtual Assistant: You should have already worked with an executive, business owner or founder.
  • Exceptional English Language Skills: Must demonstrate fluency in both written and verbal English, with a strong grasp of grammar and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Key Software Tools: Familiarity with modern software tools is essential. Must be proficient in tools such as Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts, tasks, and technologies rapidly and efficiently.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Must be smart, analytical, and capable of thinking on their feet to resolve issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Responsive and Efficient Communication: Must be able to respond promptly and effectively to client enquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service at all times.
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Should possess exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
  • Proactive Work Ethic: Must demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities, showing initiative and a strong work ethic.
