We're specifically looking for Executive Assistants. You should apply only if you've had experience working for executives/founders/business owners, supporting them with the day-to-day running of their busy life. Whether it's inbox management, calendar management, preparing presentations or booking travel, they'll rely on you to help them.
All Virtual Assistants go through a rigorous vetting process to make sure they're the best out there. You must be the best at what you do, can communicate well with clients and deliver work on time, as you promise.

- Experience as an Executive Assistant: You should have already worked with an executive, business owner or founder.
- Exceptional English Language Skills: Must demonstrate fluency in both written and verbal English, with a strong grasp of grammar and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Proficiency in Key Software Tools: Familiarity with modern software tools is essential. Must be proficient in tools such as Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies.
- Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts, tasks, and technologies rapidly and efficiently.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Must be smart, analytical, and capable of thinking on their feet to resolve issues or challenges that may arise.
- Responsive and Efficient Communication: Must be able to respond promptly and effectively to client enquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service at all times.
- Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: Should possess exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Proactive Work Ethic: Must demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities, showing initiative and a strong work ethic.
