Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candor, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards on behalf of Quince customers.

Are you prepared to redefine e-commerce logistics in the US? Quince is seeking a dynamic individual to be an integral part of our team as a Logistics Services Analyst. We're committed to discovering efficient solutions for lightning-fast customer delivery, and your innovative and resourceful mindset is vital to our success.

• Monitor and report daily on critical milestones across various logistics providers, employing data analysis to pinpoint trends and opportunities for enhancement
• Proactively address issues and escalations, fostering transparent communication with transportation providers and 3PLs to ensure swift resolutions
• Translate large datasets into actionable reports, delivering insights that are easily understandable and actionable for stakeholders company-wide
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes, sharing valuable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, delivering regular updates on logistics performance and initiatives.

• 1-3 years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably in a 3PL logistics-related environment
• Strong experience analyzing unstructured data sets within excel 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to operate and drive data-oriented action in ambiguity without significant guidance
• Ability to clearly and proactively articulate issues and pain points to stakeholders 
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic start-up environment
• Deep understanding of how freight is managed + experience with last mile parcel carriers is desired
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
