About the Role:


You will join our small but mighty Talent Acquisition team as we endeavor to hire the best for Quizlet. In addition to coordinating our hiring efforts, you will serve as a valuable member of Quizlet’s high-performance Talent Acquisition team, making sure that candidates have a uniquely positive experience from first introduction all the way through to their on-boarding. You will care about education and the impact our product is having, and feel genuinely motivated to achieve that impact by growing our team.


This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office hub.


In this role, you will:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling Google Meet interviews, and facilitating panel interviews
  • Maintain data integrity in Lever (our applicant tracking system) 
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand open roles and funneling candidates through the process
  • Assist with inbound resume screening, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with ongoing projects such as DEI efforts, employer branding, etc.
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

  • Proven administrative skills, particularly in managing complex scheduling
  • Passion for education and/or doing good in the world — you’re excited about the impact your work could have in the lives of students and teachers every single day

  • Experience partnering with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of recruiting activities

  • Strong customer service mindset with responsiveness, empathy, and a positive attitude


Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with an ATS (Lever preferred)
  • Desire to develop and grow within the Recruiting field


Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

Salary transparency helps to mitigate unfair hiring practices when it comes to discrimination and pay gaps.  Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $80,000 - $105,000, depending on location and experience, as well as company stock options
