Customer Success Manager

Quorum, a leading provider of workflow software for government affairs professionals, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and build Trusted Advisor relationships with customers.

Skills

  • 3+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager for a SaaS platform
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Effective at developing relationships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of customer journey and experience as a strategic advisor

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts
  • Meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets
  • Drive sustained product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Develop relationships with various stakeholder personas
  • Nurture accounts for revenue expansion and successful renewals

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
