Quorum, a leading provider of workflow software for government affairs professionals, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and build Trusted Advisor relationships with customers.

Skills

3+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager for a SaaS platform
Proven ability to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
Effective at developing relationships with stakeholders
Understanding of customer journey and experience as a strategic advisor

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of named accounts
Meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets
Drive sustained product adoption and customer satisfaction
Develop relationships with various stakeholder personas
Nurture accounts for revenue expansion and successful renewals

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
