Job Overview:


QuotaPath seeks an experienced Director of Demand Generation with a strong growth mindset to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts into a new strategic phase. This role will drive our product’s market visibility, fuel user acquisition, and solidify our position in the competitive sales compensation solutions landscape. 


The ideal person will blend hands-on execution with strategic oversight. As an individual contributor, you’ll champion critical initiatives to accelerate growth. Simultaneously, you’ll steer our overarching growth marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with our core business objectives. 


Reporting directly to the CEO, your leadership will be instrumental in penetrating new markets, engaging prospects, and nurturing a full customer journey from the top of the funnel to a free trial and a sales-assisted methodology. With a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation, you’ll help propel QuotaPath to new heights.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation aligned with business goals for revenue growth. 
  • Own end-to-end lead management, optimizing conversion for high-quality sales pipeline. 
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales teams for seamless marketing-to-sales integration.
  • Oversee campaigns across channels, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize strategies, measure performance, and report insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience and Product teams for monthly product launches, driving market penetration and user acquisition. 
  • Oversee the organization and promotional activities for major industry events, such as HubSpot’s INBOUND, SaaStr, Pavilion and RevOps communities.
  • Champion marketing innovation, proactively responding to market trends and customer needs. 
  • Continuously assess and realign strategies based on market and competitive changes. 
  • Explore new channels/technologies to improve reach and conversions.
  • Optimize channel mix, balancing cost, reach, and engagement.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior demand generation role, preferably within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical acumen with hands-on experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). 
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional work spanning marketing, sales, product, and external agencies/vendors. 
  • Strategic vision combined with creative problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation tactics, and sales funnel optimization.

  • Base salary range of $150,000-$180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. 
  • Variable compensation that could be tied to key metrics like qualified lead volume, MQL to customer conversion rates, etc.
