Qwilr’s Sales Development Representative role is the launching point for an individual looking for a successful career in SaaS sales. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Qwilr’s go-to-market strategy, working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve problems.
As a Sales Development Representative at Qwilr, you will be responsible for inbound lead qualification, building a quality pipeline through outbound tactics, and owning the ‘pre-SQL’ sales cycle.
You will work closely with high-performing Account Executives, marketing, and revenue operations teams. This role will report into Brendan Connaughton, Head of Growth Marketing.

1+ years experience in sales, lead generation, marketing or other relevant SaaS experience is favourable.
Bonus: Prior CRM experience is favourable, although not required.
Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
Set qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.
Create and dispatch email sequences, make cold & warm calls, and engage in account/contact research.
Update lead and prospect activity in HubSpot to ensure effective pipeline management.
Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
Qwilr is 100% remote for employees outside Australia and supports flexible working arrangements.
Minimum annual salary of $50k. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus and stock options.
