Automation Architect (UiPath)

Position OverviewWe are seeking an Automation Architect with solid experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Additionally, you should have strong expertise as a FullStack Developer on the .NET side, enabling you to contribute to various end-to-end automation and development projects.Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote flexibility is available for the right candidate in USA)Key Responsibilities• Design and architect automation solutions leveraging UiPath and Power Automate.• Develop and maintain robust .NET-based FullStack applications to support automation projects.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.• Lead the end-to-end implementation of automation workflows, ensuring scalability and sustainability.• Provide technical guidance to development teams and mentor junior team members.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems.• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.Qualifications• Proven experience as an Automation Architect with expertise in UiPath and Power Automate.• Solid FullStack development experience on the .NET platform (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.).• Strong understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles and best practices.• Experience with SQL Server, APIs, and other technologies to support automation solutions.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or other automation-related Microsoft tools.• Previous experience working in public sector projects.Why Join Us?• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation projects.• Flexible remote work options.• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Professional growth and career development opportunities.
